Highlight 'Remote Desktop Help Session Manager' Set to Automatic by right clicking scrolling to Proprieties and setting Startup Type to Automatic from the drop down window, then click ok. For this to work it Depends on Remote Procedure Call (RPC) to be enabled as well... Use the same proceedure from right clicking as above to enble it.

Now straight from Windows help... from Control Panel - then System icon follow below.

In the Remote Desktop area, click Select Remote Users....
On the Remote Desktop Users dialog box, click Add....
On the Select Users dialog box, click Locations... to specify the search location.
Click Object Types... to specify the types of objects you want to search for.
In the Enter the object names to select (examples): box, type the names of the objects you want to search for. (eg. joe if thats the username the remote user created for you)
